Hello Hello! Today I come to you to present you with my creations The florets of Apt. A collaboration that I think is timely with the arrival of spring.
The florets of Apt, it is a shop that smells the sun, Provence, with a wide range of products mainly around fruit.
Specialist in candied fruit, is the cave of Ali Baba: Melon, bigarreaux, Cedrat, orange, ginger… Retail or in assortment. I had stars in their eyes by browsing the site! Mes créations
In the beginning, je souhaitais partir sur trois sortes de petits gâteaux, et à la place du quatre-quarts aux fruits confits réaliser une polonaise. Mais d’une part, cela aurait fait trois recettes assez sophistiquées et donc non accessibles à tous, et d’autre part, ma revisite de la Polonaise est encore en réflexion. Ma foi, le quatre-quarts est délicieux, la Polonaise attendra!

- Biscuit Joconde coloré, punch vanille, bavaroise myrtille et gélifié de myrtilles.

- Véritable quatre-quarts, aux fruits confits. Texture incroyable et bon goût beurré.

- Macarons moelleux, crème banane-mascarpone, insert caramel beurre salé et pépite de caramel.
